The property is an extended bay windowed 3-storey limestone and brick house. The first-floor has original beautiful period details including cherry mantles, parquet flooring and stained glass.

The building was in complete disrepair when originally acquired.

This project entailed restoring the first-floor apartment to its original grandeur and extending it to an 1800 sq ft Duplex apartment through the excavation and remodelling of the basement.

The two upper floors were gut renovated. A fourth storey was added to create a spacious penthouse duplex with a large private rooftop terrace.
